Deadline for entries:
Applications are open as of June 15 through September 15, 2010. The Dominican Global Film Festival reserves the right to change the entry application dates as well as the final selection date.

11 finalists will be selected and prizes will be awarded to the first three winners
First place: The winner will receive a video camera and a scholarship to study in Los Angeles and make a short film there under the auspices of the Dominican film production company, Panamericana.
Second prize: The winner will receive an Imac
Third prize: The winner will be given an IPAD

The selection, to take place on November 10, 2010, will be done by a jury comprised of Dominican as well as international film professionals.
